Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You may only use the Game if:

• You are at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction).
• If under the age of majority, you have obtained parental or legal guardian consent.
• You are not prohibited from using software or digital services under applicable laws.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal entertainment only.

You may not:

• Copy or redistribute any part of the Game or its content without our permission.
• Modify, hack, or create derivative works from the Game.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code or internal data structures.
• Use automated bots, scripts, or cheating tools to manipulate gameplay or outcomes.
• Exploit bugs or use third-party software to gain unfair advantage or access paid content without authorization.

3. User Conduct

While using the Game, you agree to:

• Be respectful to other users; avoid harassment, hate speech, or personal attacks.
• Not spam, flood, or abuse communication channels such as chat or multiplayer systems.
• Avoid using offensive or inappropriate usernames or in-game customizations.
• Comply with local laws, including any regulations around digital content, ads, or purchases.
• Not impersonate developers, moderators, or other players.
• Refrain from disrupting server stability, intentionally crashing sessions, or attempting DDoS attacks.

4. Virtual Items and Purchases

The Game may include Virtual Goods such as coins, boosters, characters, or cosmetic items.

By purchasing or earning these items, you acknowledge:

• Virtual Goods are for use within the Game only and have no monetary value outside of it.
• All purchases are final. Refunds are not provided unless required by local law or platform policy (Google Play, App Store).
• You are responsible for all purchases made through your account or device, including those made by children.
• Some items may be limited-time, non-transferable, or consumable(used once).
• We reserve the right to adjust prices, rebalance items, or retire content without notice.

5. In-Game Advertising

Our Game may display various types of ads. By using the Game, you agree to:

• Rewarded Ads: You may choose to watch ads in exchange for in-game items, bonuses, or revives.
• Interstitial Ads: Full-screen ads that appear at natural breaks (e.g., between levels or sessions).
• Banner Ads: Persistent, small ads that may appear at the top or bottom of the screen.
• Ad Frequency and Targeting: Ads may be based on your behavior or device data. You may adjust preferences via device settings or our Privacy Policy.
• Third-Party Networks: Ads are served through platforms like Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, and may include cookies or device IDs.

6. User Data and Privacy

We respect your privacy and collect only data necessary to operate and improve the Game.

Collected data may include:

• Device information: OS, model, advertising ID, locale, and screen resolution.
• Gameplay data: Progression, purchases, ad views, session length, and in-game choices.
• User behavior: Engagement with UI, frequency of play, and feature usage.
• Crash or error logs: To help fix bugs and ensure game stability.

7. Updates and Changes

We may at any time:

• Add, remove, or change features, game mechanics, or content.
• Release patches or bug fixes to improve performance or compliance.
• Adjust balancing, progression systems, or reward structures for game health.
• Modify these Terms of Use. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms or any applicable laws.
• We detect cheating, fraud, or behavior harming other users or the game ecosystem.
• The Game is sunset (discontinued) for technical, business, or legal reasons.

Upon termination:

• You forfeit all virtual currency and items.
• No refunds or compensation will be issued unless required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ancestral Code Studio is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
• Loss of in-game progress or purchases due to account issues or device loss.
• Server outages, interruptions, or incompatibility with your device or OS.
• Errors in third-party ads, purchases, or data services beyond our control.

Use of the Game is at your own risk and on an “as-is” basis.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with this Game, including its use, monetization, or user data, shall be resolved in accordance with Vietnamese law, particularly under:

• The Law on E-Transactions No. 51/2005/QH11
• The Law on Cybersecurity No. 24/2018/QH14
• The Law on Consumer Protection No. 19/2023/QH15
• And relevent provisions ofVietnam’s Civil Code and Commercial Law.

In case of unresolved disputes, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the People’s Courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
